摘要
在顶层设计的引领性驱动和基层治理的创新性涌动双向助推下,2015年以来中国掀起一股前所未有的智库建设浪潮。西方凭借智库与治理理念的锲合,并透过多元"知识+"模式,已走过近百年发展历程。中国规模化的智库建设虽刚起步,但已初显全社会驱动、各基金倾斜、法人式治理、排行榜频出和有效性待察等五大特征。为此,笔者认为通过服务国家型、驱动社会型、经济导向型和区域战略型智库等四大重点类型智库的并肩合作及全力驱动,这轮智库潮的中国探索很有可能将开启社会治理的新格局。
Under the two-way driven of the top design and the grassroots governance, China has set off a wave of unprecedented think tank construction since 2015. The western think tank has past nearly hundred years development course with the concept of governance and ＂ knowledge ＋ ＂ modes. The large-scale think tank construction has just started in China, but Chinese think tanks have showed five characters of the driven by all of society, the leanings of various fund, corporate governance, lots of the ranking list and the uncertain effectiveness. Therefore, the author thinks that Chinese exploration of the think tank tide is likely to open the new pattern of social governance through the cooperation between the four types of think-tank included in state-directed, society-di- rected, economics-directed and region-directed think tanks.
