论现代孝文化视域下机构养老的构建

On the Construction of Modern Institutional Pension from the Perspective of Filial Piety Culture

受"养儿防老"文化传统以及"居家养老"模式的影响,机构养老在观念认知和实践操作领域都与我国传统的孝文化存在巨大张力。在人口老龄化的形势下,大力发展机构养老是社会化养老的必然趋势和重要选择。传统孝文化和机构养老在价值旨归上存在根本一致,依据中国传统孝文化的真谛,并根据时代发展和现实需求对传统孝文化进行现代阐释与创造转化有助于推进机构养老模式的创新。这就需要机构养老逐步塑造"父慈子孝"并举互益的现代孝文化,以此为参照,以"孝"为本,因人制宜,提供专业化和个性化的服务,打造"家"式养老服务,构建符合中国历史与现实的养老服务业。

Influenced by the cultural tradition of ＂raising children to provide against old age＂ and the model of ＂home care for the aged＂, there is great conflict between concept cognition and practical operation of institutional pension model and the traditional Chinese filial piety. Under the serious situation of population aging, it is an inevitable trend and important choice of socialized pen- sion to develop the institutional pension. There is a fundamental agreement on the value of life be- tween the traditional filial piety and institutional pension, so it is helpful to promote the innovation of the institutional pension mode on the basis of grasping the essence of Chinese traditional filial piety culture, and giving traditional filial piety modem interpretation and developing according to the times and the need of reality. These need the institutional pension building gradually modem filial piety culture of ＂loving father and faithful son＂ simultaneously benefitted, as a reference, regarding filial piety as the foundation, providing services of specialization and personality to different persons, de- veloping home-liked pension services and finally constructing pension service suitable for Chinese history and reality.
