Action compendium of "The 13th Five-Year Plan" for textile standardization(to be continued)

概述了"十二五"纺织标准化工作取得的成绩,分析了现状和不足,结合当前产业提质增效升级和自身深化改革的形势,提出了"十三五"标准化工作的指导思想、基本思路和发展目标,明确了基础通用和检测方法、产品标准升级等6个重点领域和标准体系转型升级、中纺联(CNTAC)团体标准等5大重点行动。

The achievements of ＂The 12th Five-Year Plan＂ for textile standardization were summerized, and the status as ,sell as disadvantages ＂were analyzed in the compendium. The guiding ideology, the basic idea and development goal of ＂The 13th Five-Year Plan＂ were proposed combined with the situations of industrial improving quality and efficiency and indepth selfreform. The basically general detection method, product standard upgrading and the other 6 important fields as well as the standard system transformation, the group standard action of China National Textile And Apparel Council （CNTAC） and the other 5 important actions were defined.
