摘要
主要介绍了棉织物活性染料泡沫染色新工艺,通过筛选发泡剂和稳定剂,研究泡沫染色发泡体系,分析碱用量、稳定剂用量、发泡比和饱和汽蒸时间对泡沫染色效果的影响,并与常规轧染工艺进行比较。结果表明,以十二烷基硫酸钠、瓜尔胶与十二醇复配作为泡沫染色体系发泡剂和稳定剂,在相同染料用量下,泡沫染色的固色率和表观色深均大于常规轧染,色牢度与常规轧染相当。泡沫染色节水、节能,可实现染色脚水零排放。
A new technology of reactive dyes for cotton fabric was introduced. The foam dyeing system was investigated and the key influence factors including base dosage, stabilizer dosage, foam ratio and saturation streaming time for foam dyeing were analyzed by optimizing foaming agent and stabilizer kinds. Foam dyeing were compared to the traditional pad dyeing. The results showed that the fixation and color depth of foam dyeing were higher than the traditional pad dyeing, in which sodium dodecyl sulfate and combination of guar gum and dodecanol were the foam agent and stabilizer with the same dyes dosage, respectively. While the color fastness of foam dyeing was closed to that of the traditional pad dyeing. Foam dyeing was of water and energy saving, which realized the zero discharge of dyeing residue.
