摘要
对约克夏化工H型三原色高温活性染料进行了提升力、耐盐、碱性能以及浴比、温度、时间等染色因素的测试分析,证实该染料适合高温、中性条件下的染色,涤棉针织物可染得中浅色,符合分散/活性染色一浴一步法工艺的要求,具有缩短工艺流程、降低消耗与减少排污的实用价值。
The Yorkshire H high temperature trichromatic reactive dyes with three-primary colors were analyzed through testing the built-up property, resistance to salt and alkali, bath ratio, dyeing temperature and time. It is found that the dye is suitable for high temperature under the condition of neutral dyeing, and polyester/cotton knitted fabric dyed in light to medium color can be obtained. This dye can also satisfy the requirements of disperse/reactive dyeing in a one-bath one- step process, which shows practical values such as shortening the technical process, reducing consumption and discharge of pollutants.
