摘要
对某印染厂常用10种染料在兼氧条件下的生物降解脱色性能进行了研究,探讨了各种因素对染料废水生物降解脱色性能的影响。结果表明,X型染料最易降解,K型染料次之,KN型、M型再次之;染料分子质量越大,降解性越差;—SO_2—CH_2CH_2—OSO_2Na、甲基、甲氧基和磺酸基等对微生物有明显的抑制作用,阻碍染料的脱色;废水中加入葡萄糖作为辅助碳源可有效促进微生物的降解。
The article mainly researched on biodegradation and capability of decolorization of 10 kinds of dyes used for dyeing under anoxic conditions. The influence factors on biodegradation and decolorization were discussed. The result indicated that X-type was the most easily degradable dye, followed by K type and KN and M-type dyes. The higher the dye molecular weight is, the worse the degradation property is.--SO2--CH2CH2--OSO2Na, methyl, methoxyl groups significantly inhibited microorganisms, and decoloration of dyes was hindered. The microbial degradation can be effectively promoted by adding glucose in the wastewater as supplementary carbon source.
