尖晶石组成对刚玉-尖晶石浇注料显微结构的影响 被引量:9

摘要 以板状刚玉、铝酸钙水泥、氧化铝微粉和电熔尖晶石细粉(AM70、AM85、AM90)为主要原料,设计了三组Mg O含量均为1.4%(w)、含不同组成尖晶石的刚玉-尖晶石浇注料,分别经1 500℃保温5 h和1 650℃保温5 h热处理后,研究了尖晶石组成对刚玉-尖晶石浇注料显微结构的影响。结果表明:在热处理过程中,AM70尖晶石与其周围刚玉相发生固溶反应,使尖晶石和刚玉烧结在一起,浇注料中尖晶石、CA6相通过刚玉相以多种结合方式联结;AM85和AM90尖晶石发生脱溶析出刚玉相,刚玉相再与周围水泥在尖晶石颗粒边缘反应生成CA6,形成尖晶石-CA6结合,浇注料中尖晶石和刚玉通过CA6联结。 Three groups of corundum-spinel castables with 1. 4 mass% Mg O and different grades of spinels were designed using tabular corundum,calcium aluminate cement,reactive alumina and fused spinel fines( AM70,AM85,AM90) as main materials. After heat treatment at 1 500 ℃ for 5 h and 1 650 ℃ for 5 h,effect of spinel grade on microstructure of corundum- spinel castables was investigated. The results show that:during heat treatment,AM70 spinels solid solve the surrounding corundum phases,combining them together; the spinels combine with CA6 through corundum by various styles; exsolution and precipitation of corundum phase occur in AM85 or AM90 spinels,and corundum reacts with the surrounding cement forming CA6 on the edges of spinels particles,and then forming spinel-CA6 combination,the spinels and corundum in the castables are combined by CA6.
