摘要
通过垂直燃烧、极限氧指数(LOI)、微型量热仪和热重分析表征三种涤棉混纺织物、纯涤纶和纯棉织物的燃烧行为。结果表明,涤棉混纺织物的燃烧程度比纯棉和纯涤织物剧烈。随着涤组分的减少,LOI值先减小后增加。涤棉混纺织物燃烧过程中,涤组分和棉组分相互影响,涤组分含量决定了燃烧时的含烟量。
The flammability behaviors of polyester/cotton blends with different blending ratio, pure poly-ester and pure cotton fabrics are analyzed by vertical flammability test, limiting oxygen index(LOI), micro combustion calorimetry test and thermal gravimetric analysis. The results demonstrate that the burning of polyester/cotton blends are more vigorous than pure polyester and cotton fabric. LOI decreases first and then increases as the content of polyester composition decreases. The two components of polyester/cotton blends have mutual influence during combustion and the content of polyester composition determines the smoke generation during combustion.
