摘要
制备了季铵型壳聚糖插层蒙脱土(HTCC/MMT),通过X-射线图谱(XRD)、红外光谱(FT-IR)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析表明,2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖(HTCC)进入到MMT层间,使层间距增大。在60℃反应6h、HTCC与MMT物质的量比4:1的条件下,层间距由1.23nm增加到2.41nm。利用所得产品对印染废水进行处理,在搅拌速率200r/min、搅拌时间30min、HTCC/MMT质量浓度3.5g/L和pH值6-7时,可获得最佳的处理效果,COD和色度的去除率分别达到94%和96%。
Quaternary ammonium chitosan intercalated montmorillonite (MMT) is prepared. The intercala- tion of quaternary ammonium salt of 2-hydroxypropyltrimethyl ammonium chloride chitosan (HTCC) between the layers of MMT is confirmed by XRD, FTIR and SEM. The effects of process conditions on interlayer distance are very obvious. The interlayer distance increases from 1.23 nm to 2.41 nm at the condition of molar ratio of HTCC to MMT 4: 1, reacting at 60 ℃ for 6 h, HTCC/MMT is used to dyeing wastewater treatment. The results show that the optimum treatment condition is: stirring speed 200 r/min, stirring time 30 min, HTCC/MMT 3.5 g/L and pH value 6-7, and the decolorization rate and COD removal rate are 93% and 96% respectively.
