摘要
阐述了在气液染色单次循环过程中,经过组合喷嘴染液交换、提布辊挤压及气流渗透压的多次作用,织物获得较高匀染度的机理。该作用效果不仅可以减少被染织物获得匀染和所需深度的循环次数,缩短染色工艺时间,提高生产效率,而且还大大降低了能耗,提高了织物表面品质。利用织物单次循环匀染度,可优化气液染色工艺,最终实现高效短流程染色。
The mechanism of fabric obtaining high leveling grade under single cycle gas-liquid dyeing is analyzed. Because of the exchange of dye liquor through combined nozzles, squeezing of lifting roller and airflow osmotic pressure, the leveling grade of fabric is improved. This can not only reduce the recycling times, shorten dyeing time, improve production efficiency, but also reduce energy consumption, and improve the quality of fabric surface. It plays an important role in optimizing the gas-liquid dyeing process and realize the high efficiency and shortened dyeing process.
