摘要
介绍仿真平台实现橡塑密封性能分析的计算原理,以及橡塑密封数值仿真平台的图形用户界面。通过Matlab GUI界面开发的仿真平台包含固体力学分析模块和流体数值仿真模块,可以实现的密封件接触压力、径向力、摩擦力、油膜厚度等密封性能参数计算。仿真平台的图形用户界面友好,便于设计参数的输入及分析结果的提取。由仿真模型编译生成的可执行程序可脱离Matlab环境运行,使数值仿真平台具有很强可移植性,具有很好工程应用价值。
Calculation principle of simulation platform to realize sealing performance analysis was presented, graphical user interface of simulation platform was shown.Simulation platform designed by Matlab GUI contains solid mechanics analysis module and fluid numerical simulation module, can calculate sealing performance parameters such as contact pressure, radial force, friction, oil film thickness and so on.The simulation platform has a friendly graphical user interface, is very convenient to input the relevant parameters and output results.Executable program compile from simulation model can run independently without Matlab environment, is portability and convenient for the engineering application.
