摘要
心脏病是危害人类健康的重要疾病之一,且其发病率和死亡率呈上升趋势,心室辅助装置是终末期或心肌功能严重不足的心脏病人的有效治疗手段。综述心室辅助装置的国内外发展现状,分析第一代、第二代和第三代心室辅助装置的技术特点;对心室辅助装置所用的轴承技术进行讨论,重点论述液体悬浮和磁悬浮轴承在心室辅助设备中的应用;归纳心室辅助装置的一些关键技术问题,为促进心室辅助装置的相关研究提供参考。
Heart disease is one of the important diseases that endanger human health, and its morbidity and mortality rate is on the rise.Ventricular assist device is an effective treatment for cardiac patients with severe cardiac insufficiency. The development of the ventricular assist device at home and abroad was reviewed.The technical characteristics of the first generation, the second generation and the third generation ventricular assist devices were analyzed.The bearing technology used in the ventricular assist device was discussed ,in which the liquid suspension and magnetic suspension bearings were mainly discussed.Some key technologies of the ventricular assist device were summarized to provide reference for the study of the ventricular assist device.
