《山东医药》杂志常见统计学错误及分析

Analysis of common statistical errors in Shandong Medical Journal

为了解《山东医药》近6年刊载文章统计学方法的应用情况,并对存在的问题提出意见和建议,随机抽取《山东医药》2009—2014年发表的论文进行统计学方法系统分析。结果发现统计学错误最常见的是t检验代替方差分析、不注明所用的统计学方法和不具体写出统计值。认为医学论文作者要充分认识统计学的重要性,编辑部应加强统计学方法审查工作。

The aim of this study was to analyze the application of statistical methods in Shandong Medical Journal,and put forward suggestions based on the exiting problems.Papers published in the journal during 2009—2014 were randomly surveyed.We found that the most common problems of statistical methods are using t test instead of variance analysis,no indication of statistical methods and no detailed statistical value.The authors should fully understand the role of statistical methods,and editorial departments should strengthen statistical examination.
