高校科技学术期刊应有效履行社会责任——以《辽宁石油化工大学学报》为例

为了探索高校科技学术期刊履行社会责任的途径,总结《辽宁石油化工大学学报》在履行社会责任方面的经验,通过以人为本、注重事故发生过程的安全评测,澄清事实、稳定大众情绪,担当媒体角色、预警季节性安全隐患,关注业内热点,为国家重大项目献计献策等途径实现高校科技学术期刊履行社会责任的目的。

In order to explore the ways academic sci-tech journals colleges and universities fulfill their social responsibilities,this paper sums up the experience of Journal of Liaoning Shihua University.We suggest that journals can fulfill their social responsibilities in a people-oriented way by paying attention to the safety evaluation of the process of the accident to clarify facts,stabilizing popular sentiment,playing the role as media,warning potential seasonal safety hazards,focusing on hot spots within the industry,and offering advice and suggestions for national major projects.
