基于层次分析法的桥梁隔震橡胶支座型式检验评价体系 被引量:3

摘要 目前国家标准对桥梁隔震橡胶支座相关性等型式检验(简称型检)项目未给出定量判据,从而引起型检结果无法综合评判的问题。选用比较成熟的层次分析法来进行桥梁隔震橡胶支座的型检评价。构建了由目标层、准则层及底层指标构成的型检评价层次图;归纳整理了底层指标的评价标准;提出了底层指标层的评分原则、分级评分办法;确定了底层指标和准则层指标判断矩阵及权重,进而建立了完整的型检评价体系。以5家生产厂生产的相同型号的桥梁铅芯隔震橡胶支座型检结果为算例进行了综合评价对比。结果表明:型检结论与实际工程评价结果相吻合,验证了所建立评价体系的正确性和合理性。 At present, quantitative criteria of some type test items of rubber bearings of bridges in the national standard, such as dependency of shear properties, are not given, which make it difficult to evaluate the result of type test comprehensively. Herein, the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) was adopted to evaluate type test of rubber bearing of bridges. Hierarchy evaluation model with object layer, standard layer and base index layer was established. Evaluation criteria of the base indexes were summarized. Scoring principle and graded scoring method of the indexes were put forward. Judgment matrices and index weight of the base index layer and the standards layer were determined. Then the whole comprehensive evaluation system of type test for the rubber bearing of bridges was completed. The type tests of the same type of lead plug rubber beatings produced by 5 manufacturers were evaluated by the proposed evaluation method. Results show that, the evaluation results of type test are consistent with the results of practical engineering evaluation. So the evaluation system is correct and rational.
