摘要
以中关村壹号A,D区重大工程为背景,为有效解决施工过程中大体积混凝土施工温度裂缝的技术难题,通过总结实际工程经验,提出并研发了一种以循环水为媒介的高效控制厚大基础混凝土温度裂缝的方法。采用现场温度监测的方法对基础底板混凝土进行了试验研究,并对基础底板混凝土内部温度场进行了系统分析,总结出了基于循环水控制基础混凝土施工裂缝的温度变化规律,为相关实际工程提供数据支持和参考。
In the background of major project - Zhongguancun No. 1 A and D area, and with the purpose of solving for the thorny technical problems of mass concrete temperature cracks in the construction process, a method of controlling temperature cracks of the mass foundation concrete was presented based on the summary of practical engineering experience. With field temperature monitoring, experimental study on the concrete of foundation slab was carried out. The internal temperature field of the foundation slab was systematically analyzed, and the temperature variation law of controlling cracks of foundation concrete by circulating water was summarized. This research could provide data support and reference for the relevant practical projects.
