摘要 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-7(matrix metalloproteinase-7,MMP-7)及其组织学抑制物-1(tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-1,TIMP-1)在胎膜早破(premature rupture of the membranes,PROM)发病中的作用。方法选取2011年1~12月入我院的40例孕产妇,按照是否PROM分为两组,PROM组20例(未足月及足月PROM组各10例)和对照组20例(足月胎膜完整产妇)。采用SP法检测上述两组患者胎膜组织中的MMP-7及TIMP-1的表达情况。结果 1PROM组胎膜组织中MMP-7的表达明显高于对照组(P〈0.01),差异有显著统计学意义;2PROM组胎膜组织中TIMP-1低于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在PROM患者中胎膜组织中MMP-7及TIMP-1表达失衡,导致胎膜细胞间质降解,细胞间连接强度减弱,最终发生胎膜早破。 Objective To investigate the role of matrix metalloproteinase-7( MMP-7) and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-1( TIMP-1) in premature rupture of the membranes. Methods Select 40 case of pregnant women from Jan 2011 to December 2011,randomly divided them into 2 groups,20 women with PROM( Term PROM n = 10 and Preterm PROM n = 10),and 20 of non-PROM pregnancies were recruited as control group. The expression of MMP-7 and TIMP-1 in the 2 groups of patients were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results( 1) In PROM group MMP-7 expression in membrane were apparently higher than those of the control group( P〈0. 01);( 2) In PROM group TIMP-1 expression in membrane were apparently lower than those of the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion In PROM group,the expression of MM9-7 and its inhibitor TIMP-1 is imbalanced,leading to increased extracellular matrix degradation,and weakening of the fetal membranes,eventually causing premature rupture of the membranes.
