喜疗妥治疗静脉炎疗效的Meta分析

A Meta-analysis of hirudoid for treating phlebitis

目的系统评价喜疗妥治疗静脉炎的治疗效果。方法计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）、中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、万方数据资源系统、维普信息资源系统（VIP）、EMbase数据库、Cochrane图书馆、Pub Med数据库（均从建库~2015年3月）,并手工检索同期喜疗妥治疗静脉炎的相关灰色文献。按纳入及排除标准独立筛选文献、进行资料提取并对文献进行质量评价后,选用Cochrane协作网提供的Rev Man 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入21个随机对照研究共1669例患者,喜疗妥组（实验组）840例,硫酸镁组（对照组）共829例。通过Meta分析结果显示喜疗妥在其他药物性静脉炎、化疗性静脉炎及总体静脉炎治疗中,总有效率高于对照组,RR值及95%CI分别为1.23（1.17,1.29）、1.27（1.18,1.37）、1.24（1.19,1.29）;治愈率高于对照组,RR值及95%CI分别为1.76（1.54,2.01）、2.05（1.68,2.51）、1.85（1.65,2.06）。结论喜疗妥能有效治疗静脉炎,治疗效果较硫酸镁显著。

Objective To systematically review the effect of Hirudoid for treating Phlebitis. Methods We electronically searched in China Biology Medicine disc（ CBM）,China National Knowledge Infrastructure（ CNKI）,Wan Fang Database,Chinese Science Technology Periodical Databases（ VIP）,Cochrane Library,Embase,and Pub Med for studies about effects of Hirudoid for Treating Phlebitis from 2007 to March 2015,and manually searched relevant gray literature during the same period. The Rev Man 5. 2 software was used for meta-analysis,after screening independently literature by the inclusion and exclusion criteria,extracting information and evaluating the quality. Results This study included 21 randomized controlled trials involving 1669 patients,including840 cases treated with Hirudoid（ experimental group） and 829 cases with Magnesium sulfate（ control group）.In the non-chemotherapy phlebitis,phlebitis chemotherapy and overall treatment of phlebitis,Meta analysis showed that compared with the Magnesium sulfate,Hirudoid is effective in treating phlebitis,the total efficacy is higher than the control group,and the cure rate is higher than the control group. In the total efficiency,the merged RR values and their 95% CI of Meta-analysis in three groups are as follows： 1. 23（ 1. 17,1. 29）,1. 27（ 1. 18,1. 37）,1. 24（ 1. 19,1. 29）. In the cure rate,the merged RR values and their 95% CI of Meta-analysis in three groups were as follows： 1. 76（ 1. 54,2. 01）,2. 05（ 1. 68,2. 51）,1. 85（ 1. 65,2. 06）. Conclusion Hirudoid is effective in treating infusion phlebitis,and the efficacy is significantly better than magnesium sulfate.＂inception＂would be better replaced by years such as 2007 indicated in the discussion.
