改良NUSS胸廓成形术治疗儿童鸡胸疗效观察

Clincal efficacy of modified NUSS thoracoplasty in treatment of children with pectus carintum

目的探讨改良NUSS胸廓成形术治疗儿童鸡胸的临床疗效。方法用改良NUSS胸廓成形术对4例鸡胸患儿进行手术治疗,并评估其疗效。结果 4例患者手术矫正效果满意,无气胸、血胸等并发症。结论改良NUSS胸廓成形术治疗儿童鸡胸手术时间短,见效快,操作简单,手术风险低,术后瘢痕小,近期效果满意。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of modified NUSS thoracoplasty in treatment of children with pectus carintum. Methods Operation treatment of 4 cases of patients with breast modified NUSS thoracoplasty,and to evaluate the curative effect. Results 4 cases of operation achieved satisfactory results with no complications such as pneumothorax and hemothorax. Conclusion Modified NUSS in the treatment of children with pectus carinatum operation is qiuck,simple,effective,and the operation risk is low with a small scar,and curative effect is satisfactory.
