网络教育视野下电大教师教学管理能力优化路径研究

Research on Optimization Ways of Teaching Management Ability of the TV University Teachers in the Perspective of Network Education

网络教育相对于传统教育在形式和内容上都发生了巨变,电大教育的目标群体、教学方式和教育资源更加开放和灵活。传统的电大教育相对滞后的教育观念、信息技能、教学模式和师生关系面临着挑战。通过系统化的网络教育体制机制创新,加强教育理念、信息技能等方面的建设是实现网络教育背景视野下电大教师教学管理能力提升的较优路径。

Compared with the traditional education form, the network＇ s education form and content have changed greatly. The target group, the teaching methods and the educational resources of the university education are more open and flexible. The traditional education idea, information technology, teaching mode and the relation between teachers and students are confronted great challenges. Through the systematic mechanism of network education, the construction of educational ideas and information technology are the best ways to improve the teaching management ability of the Radio and Television University teachers in the perspective of network education.
