Chemical constituents from stems of Clausena lansium

摘要 目的研究黄皮属植物黄皮Clausena lansium茎枝的化学成分。方法采用大孔吸附树脂、硅胶柱色谱、反相柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱以及制备HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,运用紫外光谱、质谱和核磁共振谱等方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从黄皮茎枝的95%乙醇提取物的正丁醇萃取部位分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为1,1′,1″,1′′′,1′′′′-三十碳内五酰胺(1)、4-羟基-2,6-二甲氧基苯酚-6′-O-紫丁香酰-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、4-羟基-2,6-二甲氧基苯酚-6′-O-香草酰-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、4-羟甲基-2-甲氧基苯酚-6′-O-紫丁香酰-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、4-羟基-2-甲氧基苯酚-6′-O-紫丁香酰-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、紫丁香苷(6)、松柏苷(7)、3,4,5-三甲氧基苯酚-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)、tinotuberide(9)、(E)-异松柏苷(10)、苯乙基-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(11)、araliopsine(12)、geibalansine(13)、全缘喹诺酮(14)、γ-花椒碱(15)。结论化合物1~14为首次从该种植物中分离得到,化合物1~11为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1首次从天然产物中分离得到。 Objective To study the chemical constituents from the stems of Clausena lansium. Methods The chemical constituents were separated and purified by macroporous resin, silica gel, ODS column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20, and preparative HPLC. Their structures were determined by the analyses of ultraviolet spectrum, mass spectrum, and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Results Fifteen compounds were isolated from the n-Bu OH fractions of 95% ethanol extract from the stems of C. lansium, and their structures were identified as 1,1′,1″,1′′′,1′′′′-tricontane lactam(1), 4-hydroxy-2,6-dimethoxyphenyl 6′-O-syringoyl-β-Dglucopyranoside(2), 4-hydroxy-2,6-dimethoxyphenyl 6′-O-vanilloyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(3), 4-hydroxymethyl-2-methoxyphenyl-6′-O-syringoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(4), 4-hydroxy-2-methoxyphenyl-6-O-syringoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(5), syingin(6), coniferin(7), 3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8), tinotuberide(9), trans-isoconiferin(10), phenethyl-O-β-D-glucopuranoside(11), araliopsine(12), geibalansine(13), integriquinolone(14), and γ-fagarine(15). Conclusion Compounds 1—14 are isolated from this plant for the first time, compounds 1—11 are isolated from the plants of genus Clausena L. for the first time, and compound 1 is a new natural product.
