未成年人群网织红细胞参数参考区间的初步建立 被引量:3

Establishment of the reference intervals of 7 reticulocytes parameters among healthy juveniles

摘要 目的建立未成年人群Sysmex-XN3000全自动血细胞分析流水线7项网织红细胞参数的参考区间。方法参照美国临床和实验室标准化协会(CLSI)C28-A3文件推荐方法,检测423例未成年人群标本,自建适用于该实验室的参考区间。结果 (1)346例健康者网织红细胞参数结果,男187例,女159例,1个月至1岁组38例,~3岁组72例,~6岁组54例,~12岁组124例,~18岁组58例。(2)~3岁组和~18岁组的女性RET%高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),其余项目同年龄男、女性组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);RET#和RET%不同年龄组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),其余项目不同年龄组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),前2组(1个月至1岁组与~3岁组)和后3组(~6岁组、~12岁组、~18岁组)的LFR%、MFR%、HFR%、IRF%差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),前3组(1个月至1岁组、~3岁组、~6岁组)和后2组(~6岁组与~12岁组)的(RET-He)结果差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),其余各组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。(3)RET%和RET#检测结果与年龄无相关性,MFR%、HFR%、IRF%检测结果与年龄呈负相关,LFR%和RET-He检测结果与年龄呈正相关。(4)RET#和RET%在1个月至18岁的参考区间分别为(30.1~103.6)109/L和(0.65~2.41)%;LFR%、MFR%、HFR%、IRF%在1个月至3岁的参考区间分别为(84.2~98.1)%、(2.0~13.2)%、(0.0~3.2)%、(2.2~16.1)%,3岁~18岁的参考区间分别为(89.5~98.6)%、(1.4~9.5)%、(0.0~1.3)%、(1.4~10.5)%;RET-He在1个月至12岁和12~18岁的参考区间分别为(28.3~34.6)pg和(28.5~35.4)pg。结论该实验室建立的健康未成年人群7项网织红细胞参数的参考区间,适合该地区人群,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To establish the reference intervals of 7reticulocytes parameters on Sysmex-XN3000 in healthy juveniles.Methods According to the methods recommended by American Journal of Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute(CLSI)C28-A3,the 7reticulocytes indexs werw tested in specimens of 423 juveniles to establish a proper biology reference interval.Results(1)A total of 346 qualified specimens from juveniles were recruited,including 187 males and 159 females,with 38,72,54,124 and 58subjects for 1months to 1years group,-3years group,-6years group,-12 years group and-18 years group.(2)The reticulocytes parameters showed no significant difference between boys and girls(P〉0.05),but the RET% of-3years and-18 years girls were significantly higher than that in boys(P〉0.05).The reticulocytes parameters show significant differences in different age groups except RET# and RET%(P〈0.05),but LFR%,MFR%,MFR%,IRF% showed no significant difference in-6years group,-12 years group and-18 years group,between 1months to 1years group and-3years group.The RET-He showed no significant difference in 1 months to 1years group,-3years group and-6years group,between-6years group and-12 years group(P〈0.05).(3)The RET% and RET# has no correlation with age,MFR%,HFR% and IRF% were decreased with aging,but LFR and RET-He were increased with aging.(4)Reference intervals of RET# and RET% were(30.1-103.6)10~9/L and(0.65-2.41)%in 1months to 18years;reference intervals of LFR%,MFR%,HFR% and IRF% were(84.2-98.1)%,(2.0-13.2)%,(0.0-3.2)% and(2.2-16.1)%in 1months to 3years;(89.5-98.6)%,(1.4-9.5)%,(0.0-1.3)% and(1.4-10.5)%in 3years to 18years;reference intervals of RET-He were(28.3-34.6)pg in 1 months to 12years;(28.5-35.4)pg in 12 years to 18 years.Conclusion The method of investigating the reference intervals to satisfy the clinical requirement deserves to be generalization and application.The reference intervals of 7reticulocytes parameters among healthy juveniles on Sysmex-XN3000 were established.It is different from the previous reports.The laboratory should set up reference interval value according to the concrete situation.
