细胞分裂周期25磷酸化酶家族与肿瘤的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 近年来,恶性肿瘤的发病率呈现上升趋势,肿瘤问题是全世界范围的棘手问题,也是目前主要病死原因之一,已成为严重危害人类生命健康、制约社会经济发展的一大类疾病。因此对肿瘤的研究十分关注。细胞分裂周期25（CDC25）是调控细胞周期重要的调节子,CDC25家族中任何一个异构体异常都会导致细胞分裂异常,甚至造成细胞无限增殖.
