摘要
结合建在深厚覆盖层上的苗家坝水电站面板堆石坝施工中遇到的实际问题——大坝填筑料硬度很大而且工期紧,填筑工程量大,填筑工序复杂。通过对大型非线性有限元通用软件ADINA的改进和开发,建立了面板堆石坝的三维数值模型,对大坝快速填筑坝的全过程进行数值模拟,计算分析此面板堆石坝填筑到各个时期的位移和变形、大小主应力的变化以及填筑完成蓄水以后坝体沉降和应力的变化趋势等。文章研究成果对在深厚覆盖层地基上利用超硬岩堆石料进行快速筑坝具有一定的实用价值,对类似的工程也有比较大的参考价值,部分研究成果已在该工程的设计和施工中得到应用。
The practical problems met in the construction of the CFRD of Miaojiaban Hydropwer Station on the deep over-burden foundation include:1) The hardness of the dam filling material is very large and the construction time is tight;2) the filling quantity is large,and 3) the filling process is complex.In this paper,the three-dimensional finite element software ADINA is used to establish the CFRD entity model to simulate and analyze the entire process of the rapid filling of the dam,calculate and analyze the deformation,displacement and stress changes at each stage of the CFCD filling,and settlement and trend of stress changes after the water storage in the dam is completed. The achievement of research in this paper has certain practical value to the rapid building of the dam on the deep overburden foundation with super hard rocks and has certain reference value to the similar projects,and part of the results of the research has been already used the the design and construction of Miaojiaban Hydropwer Station project.
