The Causes and Countermeasures on the Slow Development of Enterprises with Foreign Investment in the Economic Underdeveloped Regions——An Investigation on the Development of Enterprises with Foreign Investment in Pingliang City

外商投资是促进经济发展的重要手段。课题组通过对甘肃省平凉市近年来外商投资企业发展缓慢且存续周期短的现象进行了专题研究,剖析影响经济欠发达地区外商投资企业发展的因素,提出了树立科学的招商引资观念、优化投资软环境、加强对外商资信的审核和建立有效的监测机制等措施,以期推动欠发达地区经济健康发展。

Foreign investment is an important means of promoting the economic development. The research group makes a special study on the situation that the enterprises with foreign investment in Pingliang city of Gansu province have developed slowly and their survival period has been short in recent years, analyzes the factors which affect the development of the enterprises with foreign investment in the economic underdeveloped regions, and puts forward some countermeasures such as setting up a scientific concept of investment introduction, optimizing the soft environment of the investment, strengthening the audit of the foreign credit and building an effective monitoring mechanism in order to promote the healthy development of the economy in the underdeveloped regions.
