中医普适性生活质量量表的系统评价

Traditional Chinese medicine generic questionnaire for life quality:A systematic review

目的:系统评价中医普适性生活质量量表及其特征。方法:检索CNKI、VIP、万方、PUBMED、EMBASE及OVID 6个数据库,纳入中医药相关量表的中英文研究,并收集量表及其研究的相关数据。结果:纳入文献26篇,包含20项研究和8个量表。研究多集中在2004年-2013年的广州、厦门和香港3个地区,研究样本量39-1 298人不等,包括社区、学校、体检中心和老人院的一般人群及医院的患者。量表均是基于中医药理论来评价人群的健康状态,条目数在30-73,均采用Likert分级作为量尺,计分难度较易,量表测试时间在10-30min,完成率90%以上。结论:中医普适量表的设计具有中医理论的特点,但是研究仍处于起步阶段,仍需对中医生活质量及其理论框架中的概念进行共识,扩大量表目标人群的范围和代表性。

Objective：To evaluate the traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） generic questionnaire for life quality and its characteristics systematically.Methods：A search was conducted in 6 databases as CNKI,VIP,Wangfang,PUBMED,EMBASE and OVID.Related studies of TCM generic questionnaire in both English and Chinese were included,and the questionnaires and the related data were also collected.Results：Twenty-six literatures were collected which included 20 studies and 8 questionnaires,and the related researches were carried out from 2004 to 2013,which focused in 3 areas such as Guangzhou,Xiamen and Hong Kong.The sample size was in a range of 39 to 1 298,and the patients included in the study were from community,school,physical examination center,nursing home and hospital.The questionnaires were used to evaluate the crowd health based on TCM theories including 30-73 clauses,and with Likert as the measure gauge.The scoring of the questionnaires was easily.The testing time was between 10-30 min,and the completion rate was above 90%.Conclusion：The design of TCM generic questionnaires conforms to the characteristics of TCM theory,but the relative studies is still in its infancy.It needs to reach a consensus in TCM life quality and the concepts of theoretical framework,in order to expand the scope of the target population and the representativeness of questionnaires.
