从太阴病理法方药探讨经方美容

Classical formulas on cosmetic problems from Taiyin perspective

经方理法严谨,配伍精当,疗效卓著。六经至今百病,六经辨证在中医美容中大有可为。《伤寒论》太阴病篇虽只有8条条文,但其理法在辨治杂病中却至关重要。太阴病多涉及水、血,而水液代谢失常和血液亏虚瘀滞是导致很多损美性疾病的重要病机。文章从太阴病虚寒水饮、津血亏虚、水血同病等角度论述损美性疾病的病因病机,并相应提出温化水饮、甘温补益和水血同治等治法方药。

Classical formulas have been known for their great efficacy due to their special mechanisms and combination of medicinal.And thus six-meridian syndrome differentiation can be widely applied in TCM cosmetology.Although,there was only 8 items on Taiyin chapter in the Treatise on Febrile Diseases,the mechanism is of great importance in differentiating and treating the miscellaneous diseases.Especially the mechanism of Taiyin diseases mainly caused by water retention due to cold deficiency and deficiency of fluid and blood,or even both water and blood problem,which are the main pathogenesis of beautyinjuring diseases.Based on those analyses,the authors promote a treatment on beauty-injuring diseases aims to warming and resolving water retention,tonifying the body with sweet and warm herbs and treat both water and blood at the same time.
