文章从中药药对的角度出发,整理和分析裘昌林教授治疗三叉神经痛的中医特色,总结探析了裘昌林教授治疗三叉神经痛的用药特色。裘昌林教授善于运用白芷与白芍、升麻与苍术、细辛与石膏、僵蚕与地龙、海风藤与鸡血藤、豨莶草与白毛藤等药对,来针对三叉神经痛的临床特点进行治疗。通过中医辨证论治及运用药对的特色配伍,取得了较好的疗效,为三叉神经痛的临床治疗提供了参考。

This paper collected and analyzed QIU Chang-lin’s experience and feature of using Chinese herb-pairs to treat the trigeminal neuralgia.To analyze the characteristic of using herbs by QIU Chang-lin in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.Professor QIU Chang-lin aimed at the clinical characteristics of the trigeminal neuralgia to prescribe some herb-pairs,including Radix Angelicae Dahuricae ＆ Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma Cimicifugae ＆ Rhizoma Atractylodis,Herba Asari ＆ Gypsum Fibrosum,Bombyx Batryticatus ＆ Lumbricus,Caulis Piperis Kadsurae ＆ Caulis Spatholobi,Herba Siegesbeckiae ＆ Herba Solani.By differentiating syndromes,professor QIU chang-lin prescribed herb-pairs to treat the trigeminal neuralgia,which had achieved a good effect and provided a reference for the clinical medication.
