中药有效成分提取技术新进展

New progress in extraction process of effective component from Chinese medicine

中药有效成分在中药临床应用中发挥重要作用,是中药疗效的决定要素,但中药有效成分含量却微乎其微,所以选择正确的提取方法是提高中药有效成分含量的重要因素。文章系统综述了中药有效成分提取方面目前比较先进的方法,介绍这些提取方法的原理、优缺点及应用现状;为中药有效成分的提取选择正确及合适的方法提供参考。

Effective components in traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） played an important role in clinical applications,and were determinants of clinical curative effect.But the content of effective component was very little but valuable,therefore it was important to know how to choose the correct and befitting extraction method for improving the content of effective components.This paper reviewed the relatively advanced methods for extracting active components from traditional Chinese medicine.We mainly concluded that the principles,advantages and disadvantages,and application status about these extraction methods,with the purpose of providing reference for the extraction of traditional Chinese medicine to choose the correct and appropriate methods.
