Progress of assisted reproduction technology in the improvement of endometrial receptivity

子宫内膜不良在很大程度上导致了胚胎种植失败,改善子宫内膜容受性,创造适宜胚胎种植的微环境对成功妊娠具有重要意义。因此,文章对近来研究的改善内膜容受性的中西药物及方法进行了概括与总结,以期为进一步研究奠定基础。

Poor endometrial receptivity（ER） is partly responsible for the occurrence of adverse pregnancy or pregnancy failure.So,an improvement of the ER is important for successful pregnancy,owing much to create a suitable micro-environment for embryo implantation.Therefore,this article gives an overall summary of assisted reproduction technology including Chinese medicine or western medicine and the treatment method in the improvement of ER,which will lay a foundation for further study.
