摘要
目的:考察桂枝和肉桂混合挥发油的包合条件。方法:采用正交试验,以挥发油利用率、包合物含油率及包合物收率为包合工艺的综合评价指标。结果:挥发油包合的最佳工艺为:采取饱和水溶液法,油β-环糊精1∶8,包合温度50℃,包合时间60min。结论:桂枝和肉桂混合挥发油的包合工艺合理可行。
Objective:To investigate the inclusion conditions of essential oil from Cinnamomi Ramulus and Cinnamomi Cortex.Methods:The study was carried out with orthogonal experiment.With the utilization rate of essential oil,oil rate in inclusion and the recovery of inclusion as the comprehensive index of inclusion process.Results:The optimal inclusion conditions were:applying the saturated aqueous solution method,oil to β-CD:1:8,inclusion temperature:50℃,inclusion time:60 min.Conclusion:The inclusion processes for mixed essential oils is steady and feasible.
