益气温阳、清热解毒法治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床研究

Clinical study of treating chronic heart failure with Yiqi Wenyang Qingre Jiedu therapy

目的:观察益气温阳、清热解毒法治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准60例慢性心力衰竭患者,分为2组对照组30例,给予常规西药治疗[包括血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂(ACEI)或血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂(ARB)、β受体阻滞剂、利尿剂、正性肌力等药物);试验组30例,在上述西药标准治疗基础上加用益气温阳、清热解毒中药,疗程各为28d,观察两组的临床疗效。结果:两组中医证候总疗效、治疗前后单项症状积分、NYHA心功能分级疗效、Lee氏积分疗效、6min步行试验疗效、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、洋地黄停减情况,试验组均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气温阳清热解毒法是治疗慢性心力衰竭的有效方法。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of treating chronic heart failure with Yiqi Wenyang Qingre Jiedu therapy.Methods：Sixty chronic heart failure patients accordance with the inclusive criteria were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,and with 30 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with conventional western medicines which included ACEI or ARB,β-receptor inhibitor,diuretic and positive inotropic drug for 28 d.Patients in experimental group were treated with Yiqi Wenyang Qingre Jiedu therapy for 28 d.The curative effect of the two groups was observed.Results：The total curative effect of syndrome,single symptom integral,NYHA,total curative effect of Lee’s integral,6 minutes walk test results,condition after digitalis reducing of patients in experimental group were all superior to those of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Yiqi Wenyanq Qinqre Jiedu therapy was an effective therapy for chronic heart failure.
