摘要
目的为尸体标本的防霉保存寻找一种更长期的保存液。方法按不同标本保存液分成三组:离子液体组、5%福尔马林液组、尸体保存液组)。通过对肉眼和镜下标本组织结构改变的观察,对比三组保存液防霉效果的差异。结果离子液体保存的尸体标本较5%福尔马林液和尸体保存液保存的尸体标本,组织结构完好,裸露部分未见霉变。离子液体较5%福尔马林液和尸体保存液作用持久,且挥发性小、无味、无身体危害。结论离子液体可取代5%福尔马林液和尸体保存液,更好的应用于尸体防霉的保存。
Objective To screen a better solution for mildew prevention and long-term preservation of cadaver specimens. Methods Different specimen preservation solutions were divided into three groups: ionic liquid group,5% formalin liquid group,and cadaver preservation solution group. The effects of three preservation solutions for mildew prevention prevention were compared though the macroscopic and microscopic observation on the structure changes of the tissues. Results Compared with 5% formalin and cadaver preservation solution,cadaver specimens treated with ionic liquid had complete tissue structure,and no mold on the exposed area. In addition,ionic liquid had the advantages of longer preservation time,smaller volatility,tasteless and no harm to the related staff. Conclusion Ionic liquid can replace 5% formalin liquid and cadaver preservation solution,and can be better applied to the preservation and mildew prevention of cadavers.
