摘要
结合某车型悬架系统横向控制臂和副车架联接紧固件的设计,介绍了一种基于载荷的紧固扭矩的计算方法。分析了零部件工作载荷、支架刚度和间隙、摩擦副摩擦系数、残余预紧力、预紧力和紧固扭矩的关系,为解决螺栓松动引起的异响和脱落等问题提供了理论依据和解决途径。
Combined with vehicle suspension lateral control arm and subframe connecting fastener design, this paper introduces a scientific calculation approach based on working load. In order to solve the noise and fall off due to bolt self-loosen, the suspension load, bracket stiffness and clearance, friction coefficient and remain clamping force, the relationship between tightening torque and clamping force are investigated and analyzed.
