试论秦政治文化中的普遍主义精神

On Universalism Spirit in Political Culture of Qin Dynasty

秦国的政治文化中有根深蒂固的国家主义和集体主义精神,是秦人普遍主义文化的价值基础;秦人的政治思维充满着普遍主义的倾向;秦人对自己的臣民角色认同也表现出强烈的普遍主义精神。普遍主义是秦在战国时期法治得以比较顺利推行的价值基础,也是国力强盛的文化基础,在秦国的发展历史和统一中国的历史进程中起到了决定性的作用。

Qin culture is characterized by its pragmatism and highly unified spirit which deeply rooted in the universalism value idea; also it is the value basis of nationalism and collectivism spirit. The universalism is embodied in their legislative political thinking model which is featured by the respect of law and admiration of sentence and the united and aggressive utilitarianism thinking mode. The value identification of their so- cial rules has also reflected a strong sense of universalism spirit, which is the value basis of the smooth im- plication of rule of law in the Warring States Period and the cultural basis of the well execution of ＂making country rich with military power＂ policy. The universalism of Qin culture has had a decisive role in the process of the development history of Qin and the unification of China.
