整体护理对胆囊及胆总管结石患者三镜联合治疗后的价值分析

Analysis of the Value of the Overall Nursing Care for Patients with Gallbladder and Common Bile Duct Stones Combined with Three Mirror

目的:分析整体护理对胆囊及胆总管结石患者三镜联合治疗后的护理价值。方法:将院内收治的64例实施三镜联合治疗的胆囊及胆总管结石患者随机分为观察组和对照组各32例,其中观察组给予整体护理干预措施,对照组给予院内常规护理措施,比较两组临床护理疗效及满意度。结果:观察组排气时间、恢复时间及并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度评分明显优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于应用三镜联合治疗的胆囊及胆总管结石患者而言,整体护理干预措施不仅可有效保证术后患者恢复效果,缩短住院时间,而且还能提高患者满意度,值得临床护理工作中推广应用。

Objective：To analyze the nursing value of total nursing care for patients with gallbladder and common bile duct stones combined with three mirrors.Method：64 patients admitted to the hospital to implement gallbladder and common bile duct stones with three-mirror combination therapy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,35 cases in each group,the observation group was taken the whole care interventions,the control group was received the routine hospital care measures,the clinical efficacy and satisfaction with care were compared in two groups.Result：The exhaust time,recovery time and complication rate were significantly lower than those in the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）;care satisfaction scores in the observation group was more than that in the control group,there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For the patients with gallbladder and common bile duct stones treated by three mirror combined therapy,the overall nursing intervention measures can not only ensure the recovery effect,shorten the length of hospital stay,but also improve the patient＇s satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical nursing work.
