肝胆外科术后腹腔感染患者的护理方法与预防手段

Nursing Methods and Preventive Measures of Patients with Abdominal Infection after Operation in Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery

目的:探讨肝胆外科术后腹腔感染患者的临床护理、预防方法和效果。方法:2014年1月-2015年6月笔者所在医院收治的肝胆外科手术患者中,抽选术后腹腔感染患者62例作为研究对象,按照不同护理方法分为两个组别,每组31例。分别采用常规护理模式(对照组)和综合护理模式(试验组),评估患者的护理满意程度,比较治疗恢复时间。结果:试验组护理总满意29例(93.5%),明显高于对照组的23例(74.2%);试验组患者感染控制时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、排气复常时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肝胆外科手术患者术后容易发生腹腔感染,要求医护人员采取积极的预防措施。临床上实施综合护理能够改善护理服务质量,促进病情恢复,值得推广。

Objective：To investigate the clinical nursing,prevention and treatment of postoperative abdominal infection in patients with abdominal surgery.Method：The hepatobiliary surgery patients in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015,decimating the postoperative abdominal infection were 62 cases as the research object,according to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups,each group of 31 cases.The experimental group was taken comprehensive nursing,the control group was taken routine nursing.The nursing satisfaction degree and recovery time of patients were evaluated and compared.Result：The total care satisfaction in the experimental group was 29 patients（93.5%）,which was significantly higher than 23 cases（74.2%） in the control group,patients infected with control time,borborygmus recovery time,exhaust recovery time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The patients with surgical operation in Department of hepatobiliary surgery are prone to abdominal infection,and the medical staff is required to take active preventive measures.The implementation of comprehensive nursing in clinic can improve the quality of nursing service and promote the recovery of the disease.
