回族H型高血压与中医证型的相关性分析

Analysis of correlativity between H type hypertension of Hui Nationality and traditional Chinese medicine syndromes

目的:探讨回族H型高血压与中医证型的关联性。方法:将70例回族H型高血压患者按中医辨证分为风痰上扰证、痰浊上蒙证、气血亏虚证、肝肾阴虚证,检测患者的血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平。结果:回族患者中医各证型血浆Hcy水平痰浊上蒙证>风痰上扰证>气血亏虚证>肝肾阴虚证。结论:回族H型高血压与中医各证型均有相关联,其中与痰浊上蒙证密切相关联,对于临床中医辨证论治回族H型高血压具有指导意义。

Objective：To explore the correlativity between H type hypertension of Hui Nationality and TCM syndromes. Methods： According to TCM syndrome differentiation , 70 cases of patients with H type hypertension of Hui Nationality were divided into syndrome of orifices confused by phlegm, wind-phlegm invading upward, deficiency of qi and blood, liver-kidney yin deficiency. The levels of plasma homocysteine （Hcy） of patients were detected. Resulsts ： In the patients of Hui Nationality, the levels of plasma Hey of TCM different syndrome types was orifices confused by phlegm 〉 wind-phlegm invading upward 〉 qi and blood deficiency 〉 liver - kidney yin deficiency. Conclusion： H type hypertension of Hui Nationality is correlative with TCM different syndrome types, among them, closely correlative with syndrome of upward adverse flow of phlegm, which has guiding significance for clinical TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of H type hypertension of Hui Nationality.
