泻肝利湿方治疗湿热型2型糖尿病早期临床观察

Clinical observation of xiegan lishi formula for type 2 diabetes with damp-heat syndrome

目的:观察自拟泻肝利湿方对湿热型2型糖尿病早期阶段的临床疗效。方法:将140例湿热型2型糖尿病早期患者采用随机数字表法随机分为两组。对照组70例给予西药二甲双胍治疗并辅以饮食、运动、糖尿病健康教育;治疗组70例采用泻肝利湿方治疗,亦辅以饮食、运动和糖尿病健康教育。观察两组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(P2h BG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb AIC)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白LDL-C);体重指数(BMI)及中医证候积分等变化情况。结果:治疗后两组血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、体重指数及中医证候积分均较治疗前改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组间比较,血糖、体重指数(BMI)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血脂、中医证候积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组显著优于对照组。治疗组临床总有效率为91.43%,优于对照组的81.43%。结论:泻肝利湿方对湿热型2型糖尿病早期阶段具有较好的治疗效果,其在降低血糖和体重指数方面和二甲双胍相当;在调节血脂和改善临床症状方面则明显优于二甲双胍。

Objective： to observe the clinical effect of self -made xiegan lishi formula on type 2 diabetes with damp-heat syndrome and in early stage. Methods ： 140 patients with type 2 diabetes and damp-heat syndrome in early stage were randomly divided into two groups. All the patients were given diet, exercise, diabetes health education. On the basis of general treatment, 70 cases of the control group were treated with metformin,70 cases of the treatment group were treated with self - made xiegan lishi formula. The following changes were observed in two groups： fasting blood glucose （FBG）, postprandial 2 hours blood glucose （P2hBG）, glycosylated hemoglobin （HbAlc）, blood lipids, total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, high-density lipoprotein （HDL-C）, low-den- sity lipoprotein LDL-C ）, body mass index （BMI） as well as Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score, etc. Results ： After treatment of both groups, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipids, body mass in- dex （BMI） as well as Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score were improved better than before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Blood glucose and body mass index （BMI） were com- pared between two groups after treatment, the differences were not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05 ） ; the differences of blood lipids and TCM syndrome score were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Total effective rate of treatment group was 91.43 %, better than 81.43% of control group. Conclusion： Xiegan lishi formula has a better therapeutic effect on type 2 diabetes with damp-heat syndrome in early stage. In lowering blood glucose and body mass index, it is equal to metformin; but in the regulation of blood lipids and improvement of clinical symptoms, significantly better than mefformin.
