摘要
以西安交通大学城市学院为例,采用问卷调查的形式,对该院的校园快递现状进行调查,了解校园快递的基本情况、学生使用快递的行为状况以及学生对各快递公司的满意度,为校园快递的发展提供参考。
In this paper, in the case of the Urban College of Xi＇an Jiaotong University and through questionnaire survey, we studied the current status of the campus express delivery industry of the college to have a basic picture of its development status as well as the student preference and satisfaction of the service providers.
