摘要
从设计可靠性、制造可靠性与使用可靠性三方面对物流设备系统可靠性进行了分析,筛选了高加速度物流设备系统可靠性指标,并进行了系统可靠性层次模型的构建。以堆垛机为例,通过模糊综合评价法对高加速度条件运行下的堆垛机进行了综合评价,验证了模糊综合评价法在高加速度物流设备系统可靠性评价中的适用性。
In this paper, we analyzed the design reliability, mamifacture reliability and utilization reliability of a logistics equipment system, filtered the reliability indexes of the high-acceleration logistics equipment system, established the corresponding hierarchical model, and at the end, in the case of the stacking machine, demonstrated the applicability of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation process in the reliability evaluation of the high-acceleration logistics equipment system.
