摘要
目的回顾性研究康柏西普玻璃体腔注射治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性(AMD)前后黄斑区视网膜结构的变化。方法选取2015年2月至2015年3月就诊泉州解放军180医院眼科医院确诊为AMD的患者10例(12只眼),行康柏西普眼用注射液玻璃体内腔注射治疗。采用Spectralis OCT观察治疗前和治疗后1周、1个月患者黄斑水肿视网膜厚度及黄斑区视网膜结构变化情况。结果治疗后1个月内的短期随诊观察,6位患者的最佳矫正视力均有不同程度提高,与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所获得的黄斑区视网膜厚度在治疗1个月后均较治疗前变薄,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗1个月后,黄斑区视网膜各层结构均有不同程度的好转。结论 Spectralis OCT的Eye Tracking技术可在随访时精确定位视网膜同一点进行重复扫描,在AMD治疗随访中有独特的优势。
Objective Review the changes of macular retinal structure of intravitreal injection of Conbercept treatment of age-related macular degeneration.Methods A total of 2015 February to March 2015 visit Quanzhou PLA 180 th Hospital of ophthalmology hospital diagnosed as amd patients(10 cases 12 eyes),Injection of Conbercept in the treatment of vitreous cavity.Spectralis OCT was used to observe the changes of retinal thickness and retinal structure in patients with macular edema after 1 weeks and 1 months after treatment.Results In the 1 months after treatment,the short-term followup observation,the best corrected visual acuity of 6 patients were improved,compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05).The retinal thickness in macular region was thinner than that before treatment for 1 months,and the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.01).1 months after treatment,the structure of the retina in the macular region was improved by varying degrees.Conclusion Spectralis OCT eye tracking technique in follow-up precise positioning of the retina with a bit of repeat scanning.In the AMD treatment follow-up has a unique advantage.
