摘要
首先阐述了需求链设计理论基础,介绍了基于QFD的需求链设计模型,然后以某酸奶生产企业为例论述了基于QFD方法的需求链设计方法与流程。
In this paper, we first elaborated the theoretical basis of the design of the demand chain, then introduced the QFD-based demand chain design model, and at the end, with a certain yoghurt producer as example, demonstrated the application of the model in demand chain design.
