摘要
为了分析工地仓储空间容量不确定信息对建筑材料配送决策和总承包商仓储决策的影响,在总承包商传统材料接收政策和总承包商成本最优材料接收政策两种情形下,分别建立了传统材料供应模式和总承包商主导供应商无合作模式的供应链决策模型。通过Monte Carlo方法模拟材料供应的整个过程,对比不同模式下供应链上各成员的最优决策和收益,发现相对于传统材料供应链,总承包商主导供应商无合作供应链更有利于实现供应链协同,特别是材料货源充足时,材料供应商之间不需要合作就可实现建筑供应链的帕累托最优;当材料货源不充足时,需要通过材料供应商间的合作,实现建筑供应链的帕累托最优。
In this paper, in order to research the influence of the uncertainty of the construction site storage space information on the construction material distribution decision-making process and the head contractor storage decision-making process, we established the supply chain decision-making model for the traditional material supply mode and the head contractor dominated mode with no cooperation among the suppliers for tbe two scenarios where the head contractor practiced the traditional material acceptance policy and the cost- optimized material acceptance policy, simulated the whole operational process of the supply chain using the Monte Carlo method, compared the optimal decisions and benefits of the supply chain members under different modes, and at the end, elaborated on the findings reached.
