摘要
2015年9月浙江省商务厅指定湖州市作为第一批省级城市共同配送试点城市。在中小城市,采用哪种城市共同配送模式更有利于当地物流业的健康发展,作为试点城市的湖州也是在摸索中前行。本文结合第三方物流在湖州的发展优势,提出以第三方物流为运作主体城市共同配送的实施方案,便于为其他中小城市实施城市共同方案时的投标企业提供借鉴。
In this paper, in view of the development strength of the third party logistics industry in Huzhou, we proposed the plan for the implementation of the urban joint distribution solution with third party logistics businesses as the principal actors.
