焊接残余变形对深海耐压环肋圆柱壳稳定性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 焊接残余变形对深海耐压环肋圆柱壳结构的稳定性是否有影响是个非常值得关注的问题。文章对深海耐压环肋圆柱壳结构的焊接残余变形和残余应力进行了分析,并进行了相关试验数据验证。由于耐压结构壳体和肋骨的焊接残余应力相对偏小,然后着重研究残余变形对深海耐压环肋圆柱壳结构的稳定性和极限承载能力的影响。结果表明:焊接残余变形对耐压舱段结构的稳定性和极限承载能力影响不大;叠加有初始焊接变形的结构肋骨失稳波形较少;计算结果更偏于工程实际。 It is the focus of attention that residual deflection to the stability of deep sea pressure ring-stiffened cylindrical shell. The welding residual stresses and the residual deflection of a deep sea pressure ringstiffened cylindrical shell is analyzed in the paper, and it is validated by the test data. Then, only the effects of the welding residual deflection to the stability and the ultimate bearing capacity of the deep sea pressure cylinder shell is studied due to the less initial welding residual stresses. The results show that there is little effects of welding deflection to the the stability and the ultimate bearing capacity of the cabin structure, and there is less instability wave superposed initial welding residual deflection. Moreover, the calculation results are more correspond to the engineering needs.
