摘要
针对装配工具种类繁多、建模过程费时费力的情况,通过完善CATIA V5参数化建模功能,构建一种基于CATIA的可视化快速建模方案。在Visual Studio2005平台下,利用CAA技术对CATIA进行二次开发,实现3种类型气钻的应用开发实例。实例表明,利用该建模方案可以大大提高装配工具建模的效率,为进一步实现装配工具模型库的建立奠定基础。
In view of the assembly tool variety,the time-consuming and laborious process of modeling, a visual modeling scheme based on CATIA through improving the function of parametric modeling is constructed. Application examples of the development of three types of drill are realized by the secondary development of CATIA using CAA technology with Visual Studio 2005 as platform.The application shows that the modeling scheme can improve the efficiency of assembly tool modeling greatly and laid the foundation for the further implementation of assembly model library.
