The content of pathogenic microorganism in milk is one of the important indexes of milk quality,biosensor has strong advantages in detecting pathogenic microorganism in milk. The composition and principle of biosensor are introduced,recent advances in electrochemical and quality sensitive biosensors used in pathogenic microorganism detection in milk in the past decade are reviewed in detail,together with a discussion of future development trends.
