摘要
反坦克导弹弹上线缆数量众多,既能对外界产生辐射干扰,又是外部辐射干扰的敏感设备,电磁兼容问题比较突出。有必要研究弹上线缆的布设技术,尽可能从设计阶段减少潜在的电磁兼容问题。建立了线缆辐射发射和辐射敏感度模型,分析了线缆类型、屏蔽层接地、芯线粗细、主回线间距、线缆距大导电平面的距离5个要素对线缆辐射发射和线缆辐射敏感度性能的影响。通过导引舱线缆电场辐射敏感度仿真,验证了导引舱线缆抗干扰能力。最后对弹上线缆的布设提出了4点建议。
There are a large number of wires on missile, which not only generate emission interfer- ence, but are interfered by outer electromagnetic field. It is required to study wire arrangement technology to reduce potential electromagnetic compatibility(EMC) problems on missile. Wire emission and susceptibility model are built to analyze the influence of the five factor of wire type, grounding way of shiehl, core wire radius, wire distance, the distance of wire to large electric plane on wire emission and suscepti- bility. Wire anti-jamming capability is proved through wire susceptibility simulation in navigation cabin. Four proposals are given about wire arrangement strategy on missile at last.
