Research on the procedural model of process innovation based on TOC

文章从根本上解决工艺系统中存在的瓶颈和冲突问题,将直接关系到工艺创新的效果。基于当前和未来的工艺目标将工艺系统中的瓶颈分为当前瓶颈和潜在瓶颈,运用约束理论(TOC)寻找瓶颈中存在的冲突;运用TRIZ理论在资源分析的基础上给出了改进工艺资源的次序和方法,形成能识别并能解决多瓶颈的工艺创新过程模型。通过实例验证了该模型的有效性。

Solving the conflictsin a process system bottlenecks fundamentally concerns the implementation effect of process innovation. On the basis of current targets and future targets, current bottlenecks and potential bottlenecks wree defined.TOC was applied to find the conflictsin the bottlenecks.On the basis of resources analysis, TRIZ was used to provide the order and the method of the improved process resources.Proposing a procedural model of process innovation to identify and solve bottlenecks.An example was givento testify the effectiveness of the model.
